Shipping Rates:
For Prepaid orders: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders Pan India.
For COD: We charge a Nominal fee of ₹50 on Cash on Delivery Orders.
Order Processing:
We try to process the order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Our business days are Monday to Friday. After we process the order it is transferred to the shipping company.
Shipping Time:
For most of the serviceable pincodes products are delivered within 7 days. Shipping time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
You will however be able to track your package with a unique tracking code that we will E-mail/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
Due to the ongoing pandemic shipping time takes longer than usual.
Return and Refund
Return and Refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The customer have to bear the shipping charges and the remaining balance i.e., product cost minus shipping charges will be credited to the customer after the return product is received by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change in the mind of the customer.
To start a return, you should share a video along with the order no. to us at contact@notthathigh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
